Property Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) Location: Guildford Surrey Salary: £30,000pa MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! Are you a highly organised administrator looking for a varied role within a friendly, boutique business? We are seeking a proactive Property Administrator to support a busy office where no two days are the same. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service experience who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional service. Previous property experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided for the right person. Due to the office location and occasional property visits, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. The Role • Providing administrative support to the lettings team • Managing enquiries via telephone and email • Preparing tenancy documentation and maintaining accurate records • Coordinating property viewings and appointments • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors • Updating internal systems and ensuring compliance paperwork is completed • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office About You • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment (essential) • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (essential) • Able to prioritise a varied workload and work independently • Professional, friendly and adaptable approach • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are essential • Previous property or lettings experience is advantageous but not required If you are looking to join a small, supportive team where your contribution is valued and you can develop a long-term career, we would love to hear from you.
