Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com. We are hiring a Project Scheduler for the Tees Valley Energy Recovery Facility (TVERF), to support the project team. This is a key position on the project and is a hands-on role, suited to someone who can integrate quickly, take ownership, and deliver from day one. The role can be considered on a contractor/agency worker basis or a fixed term contract staff position. Location:  Tees Valley Contract Duration:  ASAP for a period of 2 years Rate:  Up to £650/day outside IR35 Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and update Site System Time Schedules (S-STS), integrating construction, M&E, and commissioning activities. • Monitor and report schedule performance using CPM and Float Management, identifying risks and opportunities. • Coordinate schedules across internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and consortium partners, resolving issues proactively. • Provide weekly/monthly progress reports, including S-curves, supporting the Construction Manager with on-site data collection. • Maintain an as-built schedule, comparing baseline vs actual progress, and recommend improvements to prevent delays. • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with Project Scheduler experience in heavy/industrial sectors. • Knowledge of HSEQ regulations and valid site safety certification (SCC, SafePass, CSCS, CCNSG, or equivalent). • Strong skills in MS Suite, SharePoint, MS Project, and advanced Primavera P6. • Proactive, solution-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation, and forward-planning abilities. • Able to evaluate alternatives, present ideas clearly, and deliver lessons learned to optimise project outcomes.
