• Project Manager – Winchester • £40,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction consultancy delivering high-quality Project Management services across a diverse range of sectors including prime residential, commercial, education, defence, industrial and heritage projects. Working closely with developers, private clients and property professionals, you'll take projects from inception through to completion, managing consultant teams, programmes and contract administration while building long-term client relationships in a collaborative and modern working environment. Role and Responsibilities of the Project Manager: • Deliver construction projects from feasibility through to completion • Manage project programmes, budgets and key milestones • Coordinate consultant teams and professional appointments • Act as Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator where required • Manage procurement and tender processes • Monitor project performance, risk and quality throughout delivery • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards Skills & Experience: • Degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or similar • Experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy environment • Knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Organised with excellent programme management ability • Client-focused with a proactive approach • Full UK driving licence Salary & Benefits: • £40,000 – £60,000 • Hybrid working • Pension • Professional subscriptions paid • Ongoing CPD and career development • Varied projects across multiple sectors • Excellent career progression • Friendly, collaborative team environment To Apply: Please contact Andrew Lambert on 07568 490452 or Apply Now.
