ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • 10+ yrs. overall in IT with experience in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects is desired. • Drive the complete roadmap for Data & BI Solutions working closely with business and technology teams. • Expertise with SQL development is desired. • Experience in ML/AI model development would be added advantage. • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization including CXOs. • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to get results through formal channels and informal networking within a matrix project organization. • Strong and concise verbal presentation and written skills. • Self-starter who is energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable and a customer-oriented team player. • Practical experience in Agile methodologies is a must have. • Expertise and passion for influencing, teaming, and delivering solutions in a highly complex and nebulous environment. • Proven ability to set priorities across a complex program with multiple projects and drive for results. • Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS: • MBA and /or bachelor’s degree of Engineering is required. • 10-15 years of experience in Data Engineering and Data & BI solutions • Knowledge of Snowflake, ETL technologies like DBT, Informatica, Fivetran would be preferred. • Knowledge of Business Intelligence technologies like Looker, Power BI etc would be preferred.
