About the role Ventrata is looking for a Project Manager to join our Terminal Team and help us deliver work in a more structured, predictable, and scalable way. You will be working alongside our team of kickass developers, QA, and product minds who are changing the way tours and tickets are sold across the planet. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that is expected to expand significantly. We have a distributed/remote team, but we also have shared office spaces available in Brno and Lisbon. For this role, we would prefer a candidate in Brno who can work from the office daily to stay close to the team and hardware. Just to be clear on how we work: our Product Managers own the what and why, Engineering owns the how, and QA owns the quality. Your mission as a Project Manager is to own the coordination, visibility, risks, dependencies, and ultimate follow-through. Key Responsibilities Delivery Planning & Coordination Work closely with Product Managers on sprint, release, and milestone planning. Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and follow-ups. Help keep delivery priorities, timelines, and ownership clear. Coordinate across Development, QA, Operations, Hardware team. Keep stakeholders informed about delivery status, risks, and timeline changes. Delivery Readiness Work closely with Product Managers to prepare upcoming work for delivery. Help ensure work is sequenced, unblocked, and ready to move through delivery. Release Coordination Help improve release visibility, predictability, and operational readiness. Coordinate release timing and rollout preparation. Track release blockers and post-release follow-ups. Ensure Support, CS, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders are prepared for release impact. Coordinate Elite client test updates where required. Cross-Team Dependency Management Make sure blockers have clear owners and next steps. Escalate risks early when delivery, quality, or timelines are at risk. Help reduce ad hoc communication by creating clearer delivery processes. Support alignment when work depends on multiple teams or external client timing. What does success look like in this role? Terminal delivery is predictable and transparent. Stakeholders receive clear and consistent delivery updates. Elite client test updates follow a documented process. Release risks are identified and mitigated early. Post-release issues are tracked, owned, and followed up quickly. Client impact from release issues is reduced through better coordination and operational readiness. Requirements 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or software delivery coordination Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with delivery planning, dependency tracking, and release coordination. Confidence working across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success and Hardware. Ability to identify risks early and escalate clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
