About the job Business Unit Brazed and Fusion Bonded heat exchangers   BU BFB , we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for New Product Development projects.   You will ensure professional management of international projects across the entire Business Unit , reporting   to Steering Committees,   stakeholders,   and line   managers   as   appropriate . Your colleagues are   located   globally, with a good part of them   located   in Lund, Sweden. Key responsibility for this role entail: • Drive New Product Development (NPD) Process on time, on specification and on budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, production, quality, procurement) • Define project   objectives , timelines, budgets, resource requirements for NPD initiative • Monitor project process,   identify   risks, and implement corrective actions as needed • Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders • Ensure compliance with regulation and quality standards • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management • Make decisions and manage the   allocated   resources, within given framework and budget You will report to the Head of Research and Development, and you will be based at our HQ in Lund. What you know • Bachelor´s or master’s degree in engineering • In depth   knowledge of project management methodologies ( e.g ,   TollGate ,   Agile,.. ) • Expertise   in cost estimation and financial analysis • Advanced   user of MS Project • Strong risk management capability • Experience with Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) • Solid understanding of product development processes • Fluent in English, both written and spoken Who you are • Effective and agile communication with project teams, steering committees, and stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to navigate and   operate   within complex international organizations What’s in it for you We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help   each other to develop and create value.
