Description
Your mission & challenges
As Project Manager - NeuraGym Global Roll-out, you own the end-to-end delivery of new NeuraGym locations. From the moment a location is identified, you drive every step - lease negotiations, equipment procurement, site fit-out, IT/infrastructure setup, and go-live handover - ensuring each gym is fully operational within 6-months.
You will coordinate across internal teams (Real Estate, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Sales) and external partners (leasing companies, contractors, equipment suppliers) to deliver 2 gyms in Q2 2026 and scale to 5, 8, and beyond in subsequent quarters.
• Drive location decisions: evaluate candidate sites within 200km commitment radius from anchor enterprise partners, coordinate due diligence, and finalize selection within the 2-month decision window.
• Lead lease negotiations: work with leasing providers and legal to agree terms aligned with the NEURA SPV sale-and-lease-back model (36-month contracts).
• Manage equipment orders: coordinate procurement of robots (4NE1 humanoids, MiPA, MAiRA, MAV+, Quadruped), server/IT infrastructure, and general gym equipment against delivery timelines.
• Own build & set-up: manage the 3-4 month fit-out phase, including contractor coordination, cell installation, access control, and readiness checks.
• Maintain master project plan: track milestones, dependencies, risks, and budget across all active gym projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate commercial fill-up: align with Sales to ensure sufficient customer commitment is in place before Start of Production, supporting full booking by Gym Opening.
• Establish operational handover: define readiness criteria, conduct opening checks, and hand over to Operations team at go-live.
• Report on rollout progress: provide weekly status updates to leadership, flag blockers early, and propose mitigations.
• Build scalable processes: as the rollout accelerates, develop repeatable playbooks for location setup, procurement, and contractor management.
What we can look forward to
• 5+ years of project management experience in capital-intensive build-out, facility rollout, or construction projects - ideally with multi-site delivery.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing, fit-out coordination, and contractor management.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Familiarity with technical infrastructure (IT, servers, power/cooling requirements for data-heavy hardware).
• Exceptional organizational skills - comfortable managing multiple parallel projects across regions.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to gym locations across EU, US, and APAC as rollout scales.
