RESPONSIBILITIES
• You'll work with our Social Media Managers and the Creative Project Manager to plan the execution of creative assets across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• You'll partner with Advertising Specialists and Data Analysts to plan, track, and execute paid and organic campaigns across a variety of advertising mediums like Google, Spotify, CTV, and more.
• You'll support the tracking of data reporting systems that make campaign performance metrics clear and digestible for leadership and stakeholders.
• You'll collaborate across departments on church-wide initiatives — maintaining a church-wide calendar, determining what translates to social and paid media, facilitating open communication, and championing a culture of unity, innovation, and teamwork.
MUST-HAVES
• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
• Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage personal workload and coordinate multiple priorities
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrates a growth mindset with a desire to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
• High attention to detail and ability to execute with excellence
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting
• Experience leading and caring for teams and volunteers
• Experience creating and managing social media content and campaigns
• Proficiency with Slack, Asana, and other collaborative project management tools
Day-to-Day:
• We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment . Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
• There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
• Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun !
