Your Tasks
PORR is expanding its data center activities and is seeking a Project Manager to manage day-to-day delivery of a large data center construction project. The role connects construction, design, procurement, planning, commercial, QA/QC, EHS, and commissioning activities into one working project plan.
• Management of day-to-day project execution and prioritisation across the project team
• Coordination of construction, design, procurement, commercial, QA/QC, EHS, document control, and commissioning workstreams
• Tracking of progress against the project programme and lookahead planning with the Construction Manager and Package Managers
• Preparation of progress updates, risk logs, action trackers, and decision records for management and client meetings
• Coordination of RFIs, design issues, procurement constraints, and site blockers with relevant team members
• Monitoring of subcontractor performance and support of recovery actions where needed
• Support of change control, progress validation, commercial records, and contract correspondence
• Escalation of issues affecting safety, programme, cost, quality, commissioning, or client milestones
Your Profile
• Degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or another relevant construction discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in large construction projects
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, high-tech industrial, or MEP-heavy projects preferred
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, design coordination, procurement, and commissioning interfaces
• Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Good knowledge of programme control, risk management, reporting, and change management
• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or comparable) desirable
• Fluency in English; German or Polish language skills advantageous
