Description
Responsibilities: Analyzing and investigating new project requirements, preparing project plans; assessing risks and proposing mitigations Ensuring that project meets deadlines and delivering product of required quality Managing large project teams or multiple sub-teams within a project (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc) Identifying and clarifying team goals; ensuring that expectations are aligned between stakeholders Managing communications within the team and between the team and company departments as well as people on the client's side Managing and planning team capacity Conducting team meetings, providing various reports Working with leads on tracking team's performance Supporting team growth through regular feedback and Career Development plans Conducting project interviews, contributing to hiring process. Requirements Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release), adjusting methodologies depending on the project’s phase and team size Experience of work with external Clients: ability to establish collaborative relationship and a high level of trust Ability to tell critical from just important, work out plans, set priorities, assess risks, track tasks to completion Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks under pressure Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach Fluent English Native Korean Speaker Experience in GameDev Availability to overlap with European working hours Benefits Working with an international team of world-class professionals on exciting and challenging projects Learning & Development opportunity Sensibly flexible working hours
