Compensation Snapshot Employment Type: Independent Contractor Location: Fully Remote Time Commitment: Full-Time Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,200–$2,000 per month, depending on experience, capability, project management expertise, AI proficiency, and overall fit. Performance Incentives: Monthly KPI and project delivery incentives, with opportunities for increased compensation based on consistent performance, successful project delivery, operational improvements, and long-term contribution. You'll work closely with leadership while partnering with Marketing, Product, Operations, Education, Development, Design, Sales, Partnerships, and Automation teams.
