External Job DescriptionRole boundary: The position coordinates project development and cross-functional interfaces. Ownership of departmental deliverables, facility execution, construction management, and operational services remains with the respective accountable departments and delivery functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryDevelop and manage project development plans covering objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, budgets, and approval requirements.Lead projects through the development lifecycle from initial concept and feasibility through management approval, procurement readiness, and structured transition to execution.Translate strategic, operational, and technical requirements into project briefs, business cases, scopes of work, implementation strategies, and measurable deliverables.Act as the primary coordination interface between Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, the Facilities Department, IT, Security, HSE, operations consultants, specialist advisers, and other relevant stakeholders.Facilitate stakeholder workshops and management reviews to align requirements, resolve interfaces, confirm accountabilities, and support timely decision-making.Coordinate feasibility assessments, preliminary budgets, development schedules, risk assessments, and project execution strategies.Prepare and present project progress, recommendations, risks, issues, and required decisions to senior leadership and relevant approval committees.Support contract development and procurement activities in coordination with Procurement and Legal, including scope preparation, clarifications, evaluations, and award recommendations.Coordinate and monitor operations consultants, specialist advisers, and other third-party service providers engaged during the project development stage.Maintain project records and confirm execution readiness before coordinating handover to the accountable delivery team.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong project management and delivery capabilities in large-scale development projectsProven experience in contract management and working with legal teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong understanding of facilities management and real estate development processesAbility to navigate regulatory and permitting environmentsRisk management and problem-solving expertiseFinancial and budget management proficiencyHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum eight years of relevant experience in projects development, project management, programme management, engineering, consulting, or a related field.Proven experience developing multidisciplinary projects from concept through management approval and execution readiness.Strong experience coordinating corporate departments, business functions, operations consultants, specialist advisers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.Demonstrated knowledge of project planning, feasibility assessment, business-case development, budgeting, risk management, procurement, and contract coordination.Strong commercial awareness with excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.PMP or an equivalent recognized project management certification is preferred.
