Position Summary The Project Manager, Entertainment is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation through completion. • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables. • Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. • Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies. • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and progress reporting. • Ensure projects stay within approved budgets and timelines. • Track key performance metrics and provide performance insights. • Ensure quality standards and company processes are followed. • Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes. Required Qualifications • Must have music industry experience • Must be Los Angeles based • 5+ years of project management or coordination experience. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, etc.). • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification. • Experience working with cross-functional teams. • Experience managing budgets and resource allocation. • Background in marketing, operations, or client services.
