For our Energy Infrastructure Solution team we are searching for an experienced Project Manager to help grow our business in Europe. Your main challenges: • Act as technical project manager for solution delivery in customer projects. Manage the involved stakeholders from engineering, project delivery team, and the 3rd party such as consultants and EPC company. • Analyze the challenges of the projects, structure the key tasks, clarify the resource & skill requirements, and prepare the project planning, kick-off, and closing. • Optimize and improve processes, as well as the overall approach. • Design and perform the risk management plan to minimize project risks. • Project coordination and progress tracking with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, as well as delivery of the project. • Organize and support on qualification tests to secure the quality. • Provide project management support to customers. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable or ESS System- / Solution Project Management, experience in utility-scale project management is an advantage • Ability to understand technical details related to products and systems involved • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously • Leadership skills in a multi-cultural organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch, German, or Mandarin are an advantage
