PROJECT MANAGER / COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION Company Overview Branco Enterprises, Inc. is a leading construction company in the Midwest with offices in Neosho and Springfield, Missouri. Position Summary Establishes project objectives and manages multiple commercial building projects (typically $5M–$40M). Coordinates with clients and project teams to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Establish overall project objectives for assigned projects • Manage multiple projects and coordinate administrative/logistical support with Superintendents • Prepare, maintain, and update project schedules; coordinate with field leadership • Lead weekly progress/design meetings with owners, consultants, and subcontractors • Plan and manage procurement of materials and services • Develop scopes of work and manage vendor/subcontractor coordination • Manage project costs and participate in accounting updates and approvals • Schedule and attend job meetings; manage project closeout procedures • Travel to project sites as needed Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience (7–10 years preferred) • Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills (scheduling, estimating, value engineering) • Strong analytical/critical thinking and negotiation skills • Deadline- and detail-oriented; excellent written and verbal communication • Software proficiency: Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing large, complex projects valued at $10M+. Work Environment / Travel Work is performed in both office and field environments; travel to project sites may be required.
