Description
Position: Project Manager
Working Location: Gia Lam, Hanoi

Job Descriptions:
• Lead end-to-end project management for attribute improvement and digitalisation
• initiatives, from concept to implementation
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers
• Ensure on-time delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and change requests
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve vehicle attributes
• Track attribute targets and performance using structured methods
• Support digitalisation initiatives to improve technical quality and project workflows
• Support to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for attribute gaps.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, in the automotive or manufacturing industry will be a plus
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies
• Desired Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage complexity and drive alignment in matrix organisations
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with digitalisation, data analytics, or engineering IT tools
