Description
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a Project Manager to drive the implementation of the new EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation. The role focuses on standardizing customer data, controls, and governance frameworks to ensure full compliance across the business unit. This position requires bridging the gap between complex regulatory requirements and practical IT and business solutions. • Identify and implement necessary adaptations to processes and tooling to comply with new regulatory guidelines. • Drive project execution across both business and IT departments to ensure timely delivery. • Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies while balancing regulatory deadlines with business priorities. • Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader group implementation strategies. • Translate complex regulatory requirements into a clear implementation roadmap and concrete actions. • Assess the impact of regulatory changes on processes, systems, data, and governance structures. • You have 5+ years of experience leading regulatory change or compliance-related initiatives. • You possess strong project management expertise within the Insurance industry or Financial Services sector. • You bring expert knowledge of Project Management and Agile methodologies. • You have a deep understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks. • You're experienced in Executive Stakeholder Management and building consensus across various business domains. • You possess strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. • You are fluent in English with native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French .
