· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task dependencies.
· Conduct initial risk assessment and mitigation planning.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed according to the project plan.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Maintain regular communication with team members to provide updates and gather status reports.
· Collaborate with department managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
· Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently to meet project goals.
· Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts in conjunction with finance and accounting teams.
· Monitor project expenditures and track against budget allocations.
· Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and milestones achieved.
· Facilitate two-way effective communication between different teams and departments involved in the project.
· Maintain weekly communication with production, engineering, and sales departments, with updates to ensure proper adherence to established timelines and objectives.
· Assist in developing best practices goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
· Track budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
· Comply with the company’s ISO objectives, policies, & procedures.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering industrial technology, engineering, or
provide equivalent experience.
· Two (2) to four (4) years of project management experience in an OEM, Industrial, or Construction setting.
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
· Blueprint reading required (AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, etc.)
· Ability and willingness to travel 15-20%.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
· Background check is a requirement of the hiring process.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Proficient working with an ERP and with Project Management software (MS Project, Procore, etc.)
Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 paid annually. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity.
