Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Officer. Responsibilities: Assess projects maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance; Maintain custom tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow up and organization of PM activities on project and portfolio level; Provide guidance to the teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review their deliverables related to Project Management; Support the project managers to comply with IT Governance rules; Participate in the reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource requirements; Provide support in preparing and maintaining project plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports; Ensure that the monitoring of costs, timescales and resources is effectively handled and review the proposed actions when deviations are identified; Define and manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
