Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project / Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of energy and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise combined with proven leadership capabilities in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating with regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of energy and infrastructure projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure performance alignment. Monitor project progress, risks, and overall performance metrics. Coordinate with key stakeholders including government and regulatory authorities. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Support project reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, energy infrastructure, or related sectors. At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in project delivery, planning, and budgeting. Strong background in stakeholder management and coordination. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within the UAE regulatory and utility landscape. Exposure to entities such as DoE, ADNOC, DMT, Civil Defense. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Petroleum, or equivalent).
