The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring project management is carried out effectively and efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, providing technical support and guidance. Ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high quality standards. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and address any challenges. Monitor project progress and prepare reports and presentations for senior management. Work closely with other departments to ensure integration of activities and achievement of company objectives. Foster a collaborative working environment. Requirements Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines). At least 7 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in project management. Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
