Shape the Future of Spare Parts Delivery as a Project Engineer Are you ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for a   Project Engineer, Spare Parts Packages   to join our Global Headquarters in Karlstad. This is a unique opportunity to combine project execution with global process development. You will not only manage Spare Parts Packages for Tissue projects, but also play a key role in continuously improving,   standardizing   and digitalizing the global Spare Parts Package process. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing and Supply Chain, you will help create smarter ways of working that improve efficiency, strengthen customer   satisfaction   and support future business growth. Your responsibilities • You will manage Spare Parts Packages from quotation through delivery, ensuring projects   remain   on schedule, meeting customer expectations, and   achieving   commercial targets. • You will take ownership of project financials, including turnover,   profitability,   and overall business performance for assigned Spare Parts Packages. • You will lead the continuous development and standardization of the global Spare Parts Package process, helping create consistent and efficient ways of working across the organization. • You will   identify   process improvement opportunities and transform them into practical solutions that improve efficiency,   quality,   and customer satisfaction. • You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain and global stakeholders to improve information flow, implement digital   solutions,   and drive operational excellence. Expectations for you • Bachelor's or master's   degree in engineering, or equivalent experience. • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within an international and multicultural setting. • Strong ability to build relationships and   collaborate   effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. • Experience with ERP systems, digital   tools,   or process automation is considered an advantage. • Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement   methodologies,   or operational excellence practices is considered an advantage.
