We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to join our growing Queensland team. Our engineers at FSC work on infrastructure projects for various clients in the road, rail, tunnelling, energy, utilities and associated sectors. As a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer, you will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aimed at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You will work with our clients and other FSC team members to plan, deliver, and hand over projects throughout Queensland. Responsibilities In general, your responsibilities would include the following: Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, project team's performance) and report regularly on project status. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team. Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as required. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Actively participate with Business Development. seek out opportunities with industry contacts on a regular basis, and contribute to identifying and winning your own pipeline and for FSC Link.
