WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance. Worldwide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Texas near Vernon, TX on a hyperscale data center construction project. We are seeking local candidates or candidates willing to relocate with an approved relocation package. Successful candidates for this position will have demonstrated construction coordination experience, preferably on data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects. Candidates must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, able to communicate clearly, and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic construction environment. Candidates’ work history should represent increased levels of responsibility on a progressive basis throughout their career. Hyperscale data center or mission critical experience is a plus. Responsibilities Work with the on-site Construction Management team to plan, organize, and support multiple construction scopes from inception through design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Maintain productive relationships with internal business partners, customers, trade partners, and project stakeholders. Communicate project status to client management, internal customers, and external parties as appropriate. Utilize and become proficient in the use of construction management programs being considered for use, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and related project tracking tools. Support the development, tracking, and execution of project scope, schedule, budgets, forecasts, and project goals. Prepare project reports, meeting notes, action item logs, documentation, and other project coordination materials. Coordinate with the Facilities Operations team, Facilities Engineering and Design team, client management, trade partners, and project stakeholders. Assist with coordination involving local government agencies, permitting authorities, inspectors, and other external project entities as needed. Maintain strong working relationships with the Construction Management team, trade labor, contractors, and project partners while encouraging productivity improvements and effective field coordination. Support schedule updates, document control, issue tracking, change tracking, meeting coordination, and project closeout activities. Help identify risks, constraints, and coordination issues that could impact safety, quality, schedule, or cost. Requirements 3+ years of construction coordination, project engineering, field coordination, or construction project support experience preferred. Experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or other large scale construction projects preferred. Ability to work with multiple customers, stakeholders, trade partners, and internal project teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with internal and external business partners. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and support project deadlines in a fast paced construction environment. Knowledge and experience in lean construction practices is a plus. OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability and willingness to learn and grow into technical areas beyond current education and area of expertise or experience. Education Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting or managing construction in the data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or related construction markets. AA, BS, or MS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience prefer
