Our name stands for Swiss quality, reliability, and cutting-edge technology worldwide.  With over 1,300 employees across the globe, we are present wherever our customers are – and each employee contributes directly to our continued success.  We are currently looking for a  Buyer / Procurement Specialist  to join our team  full-time  and play a  key role in supporting our projects across Germany.  In this role, you will take ownership of  end-to-end procurement for international projects , backed by a strong operational base in the Czech Republic.  Your Responsibilities  Manage the  end-to-end procurement process  for products and services, including issuing purchase orders  Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), conduct price comparisons, and evaluate supplier offers  Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor agreements , including pricing and key terms, in close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering  Monitor supplier performance  and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution  Identify opportunities for cost optimization and purchasing efficiency  Manage contract changes, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial alignment  Support billing processes , including invoice verification and cost tracking  Maintain and analyze procurement and supplier data to support decision-making  Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes  Requirements 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing  (technical background is a strong advantage)  Solid  experience in contract management, negotiation, billing , and supplier communication  Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong attention to detail  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B2); any additional language is an advantage  Benefits Meaningful work in a  stable international company  with a long term perspective   Flexible working hours  and the possibility of  hybrid working  model Annual bonus based on performance Opportunities for professional development, both locally and internationally  25 days  of vacation per year  Transport allowance and meal vouchers   Company events and a supportive, collaborative work environment  and much more We foster  flat hierarchies  and  open communication, enabling fast decision-making and strong collaboration.   We give our employees  full responsibility  for their professional tasks.
