Veer Architecture, PLLC, is seeking a talented Project Architect with strong technical expertise in Revit to join our dynamic and collaborative studio in downtown Bellevue. Minimum Qualifications: • 6+ years’ professional experience preferably in the design and production of construction documents for multi-family and mixed-use projects. • Proficiency in Revit (modeling and documentation) and AutoCAD • Proficiency with how the IBC, IRC and accessibility codes apply to multi-family projects. • Experience in applying jurisdiction zoning code requirements to project designs. • Experience in managing the work of project team consultants. • Construction contract administration experience • Competence in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign). • Experience with MS Office and related programs.
