Description
• Location: Sellafield
• Hours: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday (35 hours per week)
• Rate: £21.75 per hour (umbrella rate, including NI, holiday pay, fees, etc.)
• Equivalent salary: Approximately £30,000 per annum
About the Role
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support their Sellafield project team. This role is central to ensuring effective coordination of SQEP compliance, training records, project documentation and general administrative activities. You will play a key part in maintaining compliance, supporting communication, and helping the project run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel) packs, including Sub-Contractor SQEP documentation
• Track competency, training requirements, certifications and renewals for project personnel
• Ensure all Sellafield-specific training (inductions, mandatory modules, refreshers) remains up to date
• Liaise with HR, training providers and line managers to arrange and coordinate training
• Maintain accurate digital and hard-copy training records in line with Sellafield standards
• Schedule internal and external meetings and track resulting actions
• Support preparation and control of project documentation, reports and submission packs
• Maintain structured filing systems and document version control (SharePoint / network drives)
• Ensure compliance with audit, quality and governance requirements
• Act as the main administrative contact for the Sellafield project team
• Process purchase orders, timesheets, expenses and other project administration
• Liaise with internal teams (HR, HSEQ, Procurement) and external stakeholders
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to Project Managers

Skills and Experience
• Valid P4 Pass
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential and compliance sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Desirable
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, or a regulated environment
• Sellafield project experience (advantageous but not essential)
