Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. With a presence in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland now - and growing since 2014, we strive to make a difference in the lives of over 9,000 children daily. In Ireland, we offer Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes tailored to meet the needs of national-aged children. Operating on-site at schools, our customized services feature fun, structured, and engaging daily activities. At Sherpa Kids, we believe our work goes beyond childcare. We are committed to helping them achieve their goals through the expert care we provide. • Supervise children during activities and free play • Assist with homework and educational tasks • Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day. • Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children. • Assist with games, crafts, and group activities • Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment • Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year) • Basic knowledge of child development • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written • Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage). • Work Permit/ VISA essential • At least 2 written references checks are required before starting Monday-Friday 1:45pm-6pm INDM
