Role Purpose
The Senior Program Manager will provide full oversight and execution of approved annual operating plan and cycle-planned engineering programs. Improving schedule predictability through technically informed planning. Reducing execution risk for cross-disciplined Controls and Software initiatives. Fostering consistent application of Engineering governance and delivery rigor.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ownership of integrated project plans across software, controls, systems, and validation workstreams.
• Management of technical dependencies, risks, and integration points across teams.
• Coordination of cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Facilitation of engineering reviews, milestones readiness, and issue escalation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risk and implement mitigation strategies
• Track KPI’s and provide regular status to leadership
• Clear, consistent project status reporting aligned with Engineering and OE governance.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of end-to-end technical project management experience.
• 5+ years experience managing the complete embedded software development lifecycle.
• 5+ years experience working with Microsoft Project, Asana, and Jira.
• 5+ years experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications
• Batchlor's Degree in Mechanic, Electrical, Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience in Manufacturing, supply chain management or corporate environment
