To strengthen its Program Management function, SPACE INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced Program Manager able to lead complex technical programs, manage customer relationships and ensure delivery against cost, schedule, quality and risk objectives. The Role The Program Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of assigned programs and acts as the main interface between customers and internal functions. The role ensures that contractual commitments and project objectives are translated into clear plans, priorities and measurable deliverables. The Program Manager coordinates multidisciplinary teams through functional, non-hierarchical leadership, promoting alignment, accountability and effective decision-making across Engineering, Systems, AIT, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations and support functions.
