Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) – Private Wealth, Trusts & Tax Exeter, Devon | Hybrid Working | Part-Time or Full-Time Professional Support Lawyer – Private Client An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join a highly regarded Private Wealth and Private Client team in Exeter. This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in trusts, estates, tax and private client law who is looking to move away from fee earning into a knowledge-focused PSL position. You’ll support a leading team advising high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families , while helping to develop legal knowledge, training and best practice across the firm. The PSL role Key responsibilities will include: • Providing technical support across trusts, tax, estates and private wealth • Monitoring legal, regulatory, case law and HMRC developments • Creating and maintaining legal precedents, templates and know-how • Delivering internal training, CPD and legal updates • Supporting business development through technical articles, tenders and content • Contributing to knowledge management and best practice initiatives • Working closely with existing PSL, Learning & Development and wider legal teams There are no billing targets , allowing you to focus on technical excellence, training, knowledge sharing and innovation.
