As we continue to acquire, we are building a finance function that is technically excellent, systems-driven, and ahead of the curve on AI-enabled automation. The Opportunity: Professional Services Leader We are looking for a Professional Services Leader to manage the team responsible for implementing and configuring software for new and existing customers. You will oversee multiple projects, coach the Professional Services team, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and against revenue targets. Location: US (remote), possibility of working hybrid if around New York The salary for this role is $80,000–$90,000 USD per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. What You’ll Own Lead the Professional Services Team Manage the team's daily work, priorities, goals, and performance. Coach team members and support the development of their project management, product, and customer service skills. Ensure the team meets project delivery, billable time, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction goals. Deliver Successful Customer Projects Manage multiple software deployment, configuration, data conversion, programming, and training projects from kickoff through completion. Build and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, responsibilities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, billing, and go-live dates. Lead productive project meetings and communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. Track project progress, risks, decisions, and outstanding tasks using Monday.com and other company tools. Coordinate internal and customer resources to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly. Strengthen Customer Relationships and Professional Services Revenue Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their business goals, workflows, and software needs. Identify additional services that could improve customer outcomes, including configuration changes, training, and other professional services. Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, and Client Support to provide a smooth customer experience. Ensure completed projects are properly documented and handed over to the Client Support team. Improve Professional Services processes, tools, and delivery standards as the company grows. What We’re Looking For 3+ of direct people leadership experience. 3+ years of experience across project management, account management, customer service, or sales. Experience managing software deployment or implementation projects from planning through completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and manage expectations. Experience managing several projects, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholders at the same time. Strong understanding of project management processes, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and closeout. A practical, customer-focused approach and the ability to identify solutions that support customer goals. Ability to travel as required, with a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle. Strongly Preferred A college or university degree. Experience with Monday.com, Ruddr, or similar project and time-tracking tools. Experience working with SQL databases and queries.
