The company stoba Precizní technika s.r.o. is expanding its team and looking for new colleagues for the position of “Technical Machine Operator – Finishing and Cleaning.” This is a position for a completely new project that we are currently launching within the company. Part of the project involves AFM (Abrasive Flow Machining) technology, a modern surface-finishing process. In this process, a special abrasive medium containing abrasive grains is forced through a device, which removes burrs, rounds off edges, polishes surfaces, and improves surface quality even in hard-to-reach areas. If you don’t mind working shifts, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. What You’ll Do • You’ll manually load parts into the fixtures • You’ll operate a simple Vector 250 CNC press to force the abrasive paste through • You’ll operate the Pero R1 CNC washing machine • You monitor the production process to ensure it runs smoothly • You inspect the finished parts visually • You comply with work and safety regulations What You Bring to the Table • You are skilled and meticulous in your work. • You work responsibly. • You’re willing to work in a three-shift operation. • Ideally, you have experience operating production equipment, though this is not a requirement.
