Servpro is hiring a Contents Restoration Technician at our Naperville location ! In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened®!” Key Responsibilities • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. • Perform production processes following Servpro production guidelines per work order and/or Crew Chief instructions, as it pertain to Contents • Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. • Pack out and remove contents for restoration and storage. • Perform production processes as directed. • Communicate effectively with internal team • Notify the Crew Chief of customer needs and concerns • Assist in completing production daily logs (schedule A’s, DASH notes) • Complete appropriate restoration documentation • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle with appropriate tools and materials for scheduled production activities • Perform basic vehicle maintenance • Attend safety training, and follow risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling. • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance Position Requirements • Valid driver’s license • Authorized to Work in the United States • At least 18 years of age • Overtime, to meet the needs of our customers • On Call, when necessary Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance • Oral Communication – Speaks clearly.
