Our Isolator department in Thetford is recruiting for Production Technicians to join our fast paced team. You will be manufacturing life-saving antibiotics and chemo-therapy products that are sent directly to patients in their homes and hospitals all over the world. Working in a cleanroom environment in specialised personal protective equipment, you will use specialised computers and manually manufacture the nutrition products. Therefore, you must be comfortable wearing PPE. Training & Development • Full Training Provided : No prior pharmaceutical experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, step-by-step training on all equipment, safety protocols, and compounding processes. • Formal Sign-Off : You will receive full technical sign-off as you master each process, helping you safely build a long-term career in pharmaceuticals. Key Responsibilities • Manufacturing : Prepare, compound, and inspect pharmaceutical products following SOPs. • Labelling & Dispensing : Label all products according to exact specifications. • Cleanroom Operations : Maintain isolator inventory and validate aseptic techniques. • Sanitisation : Clean and sanitise equipment and components to regulatory standards. • Monitoring : Complete routine equipment sampling, testing, and facility cleaning. • Environment : Comfortable working on your feet while wearing specialized cleanroom PPE/gowns. What skills do you need? • GMP Knowledge : Essential understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (or equivalent hygiene/safety standards from other industries) is desired but not essential • Education : GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. • Skills : High attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with other departments such as quality and training so communication skills are essential. • Values : A strong sense of compassion, understanding our products go directly to vulnerable patients.
