Maintain accurate production records and assist in inventory management. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is advantageous. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Basic understanding of production machinery and maintenance. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required.
