To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 667142 Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking a versatile Production Team Member for a global partner that specializes in automotive interior and exterior injection-molded parts, glass assembly, compression forming, and custom assembly, located in Georgetown, KY. Production Team Member Benefits: Compensation: $15.00 – $15.60/hr. pay Position Type: Temporary to full hire position Schedule: First shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Second shift: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM Location: Georgetown, KY Additional details: Weekly pay and benefits available Production Team Member Duties: * This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple * Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or several predetermined tasks in the assembly process * Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line * Prepares parts for shipment * Shipping and Receiving material handling * Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process * Participates in group meetings to exchange any job-related information and quality standards are being consistently met * Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized * Other duties as required to ensure that company meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs Production Team Member Skill & Education Requirements: * Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen * High School Diploma or GED at minimum * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to stand for long periods of time. * Should have strong hand-eye coordination. * Ability to operate various assembly tools. * Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility. * Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all team members as well as communicate issues to the Supervisor immediately. * Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects and practices). * Able to follow verbal and written instructions * Knowledge of environmental ISO14001 preferred * Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language * Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs, 75% of the time.
