Job Summary: The Production Support Technician is a hands-on manufacturing support role to CVD Operators, performing cleaning and preparation of CVD furnace growth materials, zinc casting furnace loading/unloading, general labor support during CVD Furnace disassembly and assembly, production bay clean-up/organization and other CVD operations support roles as needed. Training is 3-6 months followed by independent work. Training will include a documented list of operating procedures, fork truck and lift operation, crane operation, cleaning and preparing critical graphite CVD growth components, material and operational safety. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, willingness to follow procedures, and comfort working in an industrial environment with strict safety requirements. Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires a U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien, or protected individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
