Production Scheduler – The Role Hunters’ client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Production Scheduler to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, communication-driven role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and departments stay aligned. You’ll act as the central link between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain — keeping orders on track and operations running efficiently • Maintain forward production schedules across all product lines • Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time delivery • Manage customer orders and confirm delivery dates with Sales • Monitor order flow through internal systems for full visibility • Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues proactively • Support capacity planning and workload prioritisation • Produce performance reports and track key metrics • Provide cross-team support when required Production Scheduler – About You • Strong organisational and communication skills • Confident working under pressure and to deadlines • Analytical with good numerical ability • Comfortable using Excel and internal systems • Proactive, reliable, and detail-focuse Desirable • ERP or production planning system experience • Microsoft Dynamics AX exposure • Manufacturing or assembly background Production Scheduler – Why Apply?
