Description abra professional services is seeking Production Planning & Control Team Leader to lead the Production Planning & Control department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Production Planning & Control team, managing production planning processes, configuration control, customer forecasts, and cross-functional projects. You will work closely with Operations, Procurement, Customer Service, and Engineering to ensure efficient production planning, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Production Planning & Control (PPC) team, providing professional guidance and ensuring efficient execution of daily operations. • Manage configuration control processes, including item creation and development of complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SAP and Excel. • Define production priorities in collaboration with Customer Service while supporting customer escalation requests and delivery requirements. • Manage the costing, planning, and execution of new projects, including BOM creation and coordination with Procurement for supplier quotations. • Execute MRP processes and manage customer forecasts to ensure production plans align with business demands. • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and implement changes across internal systems and customer platforms (such as SPS and SNF). • Analyze exception reports, generate cross-functional management reports, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a related technological field – mandatory. • At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) – mandatory. • At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory. • Previous managerial or team leadership experience – mandatory. • Experience leading a professional domain or function – mandatory. • Fluent English, with excellent written, verbal, and reading skills – mandatory. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – mandatory. • Full-time availability (100% position).
