Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator - Semi-Automated Lines to join our client's team in Breda. This role involves operating and maintaining semi-automated production lines to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality manufacturing. The ideal candidate will support ongoing production activities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements in a GMP-regulated setting.
Responsibilities
• Operate and oversee semi-automated production lines in line with SOPs and GMP standards.
• Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and line preparations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process disturbances to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct minor mechanical and parameter adjustments to optimize equipment performance.
• Record, verify, and document production data accurately in SAP/MES systems.
• Ensure all GMP documentation, including batch records and logs, is completed correctly and on time.
• Report deviations, participate in troubleshooting meetings, and support resolution efforts.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Facilitate effective shift handovers and maintain clear communication within the team.
• Uphold a safe, compliant, and well-organized working environment.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production role, preferably in assembly and packaging.
• Hands-on experience with automated and semi-automated production environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working within structured procedures in a regulated GMP setting.
• Willing to commute to Breda.
• Able to work in shift systems.
