Production Operator Chichester & Pagham, West Sussex Full Time, Permanent. Every day, our Production teams play a vital role in ensuring our products are prepared, packed and delivered to the highest standards. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience isn't essential—we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. What you will be doing: No two days are the same. Depending on the department you're working in, you'll help with a range of production activities, including: · Preparing fresh produce for packing · Sorting and grading products to quality standards · Packing and labelling finished products · Carrying out visual quality checks · Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety · Working with your team to meet daily production targets · Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe Full Training Provided: We'll support you from day one with a comprehensive induction covering: Food Safety Level 2 Allergen Awareness Manual Handling COSHH Safe working practices Production processes Working Environment You'll be working in a temperature-controlled fresh produce facility (typically 3°C–5°C).
