Production Operatives Location: Bridgwater Hours: Full Time | 6.00am – 2.00pm / 2.00pm – 10.00pm shift rotation Salary: Competitive salary + bonuses Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative: • Perform visual inspections of all products. • Operate various production machinery, including weighing, mixing, and pressing equipment. • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process. • Carry out all operations as outlined in production paperwork and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Maintain a clean and organised work area at all times. • Work flexibly and be willing to be transferred to other production areas as needed. • Perform all work activities in accordance with health and safety requirements. • Maintain a high standard of punctuality and attendance. • Work well under the pressure of deadlines. Key Skills of a Production Operative: • Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial. • Good manual dexterity. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. • An understanding of how quality impacts business operations. • The ability to understand and complete paperwork accurately. • A team player with a positive attitude. • Flexible with the ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes. • Excellent communication skills • A strong health and safety mindset
