As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll work closely with our Engineering Manager to drive performance, streamline production, and support our ongoing growth. Responsibilities • Manage and optimise production for efficiency, quality, and delivery. • Ensure production team of circa 70 staff are fully trained to use the machines and equipment, able to read drawings, produce the required quality and to maximise efficiency. • Lead, motivate, and develop production teams. • Ensure strong Health and Safety and quality standard. • Drive continuous improvement across processes. • Maintain commercial awareness in all decisions. • Liaise with customers on quality and service. What We’re Looking For • Proven Production / Manufacturing Management experience. • Strong hands-on background within fabrication and welding industry. • Confident leader with excellent communication skills • Quality- and results-driven mindset Working Location/Environment Coventry
