Production Manager - Video Game Voice Production Location: Vanves, Paris Salary: €40,000 - €45,000 gross per annum Contract: Permanent Working model: Hybrid, with regular attendance at our Vanves studio SIDE is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our specialist audio production team in Paris. You will manage multilingual voice-production and audio-localisation projects for international video game developers and publishers. Our work ranges from independent titles to major AAA releases, involving actors, directors, recording studios, localisation teams and clients across multiple territories. This is a hands-on production role with ownership of projects from the initial client brief through casting, recording, budget management, post-production and final delivery. You will join a small, experienced Paris team that has delivered voice production for internationally recognised games and coordinated multilingual projects across as many as 13 territories simultaneously. What You Will Do Take ownership of voice-production projects from initial brief through to final audio delivery. Prepare project estimates, production budgets and detailed delivery schedules. Coordinate casting, auditions, actors, directors, agents and recording studios. Negotiate talent and supplier fees and support the preparation of contracts and agreements. Prepare recording scripts, briefs and production materials for studio sessions. Work with localisation teams to ensure translated scripts and supporting assets are production-ready. Monitor recording progress and respond to script changes, scheduling issues and changing client requirements. Track expenditure, identify potential budget impacts and maintain accurate project financials. Coordinate with audio engineering and post-production teams to ensure final assets are delivered correctly and on time. Act as the principal day-to-day contact for clients, providing clear updates and resolving production issues. Manage several projects, deadlines and stakeholder groups simultaneously. The role covers the full dialogue-production lifecycle, including estimating, casting, contracting, studio scheduling, recording support, cost control and delivery. What We Are Looking For At least four years’ experience managing audio localisation, voice-over, dubbing or dialogue-production projects. Strong experience within the video games industry, ideally within an outsourcing, localisation or external production environment. Demonstrable ownership of projects from initial brief and budgeting through to recording and final delivery. Experience managing multiple substantial production budgets. Strong client-management and stakeholder-communication skills. Experience coordinating actors, directors, studios, agents, vendors or other external production partners. Good knowledge of production scheduling, cost tracking and project administration. Strong Microsoft Excel capability, ideally including formulas such as SUMIFS and COUNTIFS. Excellent spoken and written English. The ability to work independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team. Current permission to work in France. Particularly Valuable Knowledge of the Paris dubbing, voice-over or acting community. Existing relationships with Paris-based actors, directors, agents or recording studios. Experience delivering multilingual voice-production projects. Experience working on AAA or internationally released games. An understanding of audio post-production and dialogue-delivery workflows. French language capability or another additional language. French nationality or native-level French is not required. Candidates must, however, be able to work regularly from our studio in Vanves.
