The job purpose of a Cluster Manager - PECVD in cell process is to optimize and innovate Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) processes. This includes improving thin film deposition techniques, implementing advanced technologies, ensuring high-quality standards, managing resources efficiently, and enhancing competitiveness in the solar energy sector. Design DOEs for Layer thickness & RI, BOM. Circulate within team and complete task within specific time interval.
