At Elanders, you’ll work with state-of-the-art printing and finishing machines and play a key role in producing high-quality, personalized print products. As a production employee, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the machines to ensure efficiency, precision, and top-notch results. Your Tasks • Assisting machine operators in print finishing • Loading machines with product components • Transporting materials • Removing finished products from the machine and further processing or packaging them according to specifications • Cleaning the machine and the surrounding area • Assisting colleagues during peak periods Your Profile • Professional experience in (print) production • Physical stamina • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary • Motivation, reliability, flexibility • Good written and spoken German language skills
