The Role
We are looking for a structured, curious, and customer-focused Product Owner to join our cross-functional Agile team. This is a mid-level role suited to someone who is confident in delivery but looking to step up toward further responsibilities in the near future.
You will act as the critical bridge between Product, Engineering, UX/UI, and our clients. You will translate product vision and commercial objectives into clear, structured, and actionable work for the scrum team, while developing deeper ownership of product outcomes, user experience, and data-informed decision making.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years experience and exposure to B2B SaaS and UI applications, but with an ambition to learn more and continue progressing in their Product career. The role will suit someone with a methodical, highly organised mindset whilst also being comfortable working with ambiguity and able to independently pick up new domains quickly. A background in development or technical delivery is beneficial, particularly if paired with a strong interest in product strategy, UX, and data.

Partner closely with Engineering and QA throughout the development lifecycle to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
Facilitate strong Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement within the scrum team.
Customer & Stakeholder Focus
Act as the voice of the customer within the scrum team, ensuring real user problems remain central to delivery decisions.
Engage directly with clients when required to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and gather feedback.
Work closely with commercial and customer-facing teams to triage, assess, and prioritise customer-reported issues.
Ensure solutions deliver measurable customer and business value.
