Are you a practical product owner (hands-on/front-end) who not only talks about processes, but also makes them really work? Someone who keeps an overview, sets priorities and at the same time can help build the front end themselves? Then we are looking for you at ISO2HANDLE in Apeldoorn. We are a compact, ambitious software company with a team of 20 colleagues (including 7 in development). No cumbersome organization, no theoretical plans that disappear in a drawer — but build, improve and bring them live together. What are you going to do? As Product Owner, you are responsible for the overview, priorities and planning of our platform. You know exactly: • How our products work • What's in it • What's not in it (yet) • What the impact of new wishes is • What can be used and when You collect and combine insights from sales, support and customers to determine the product vision. You translate strategic goals into a prioritized roadmap, so that the development team works on the most impactful initiatives that are in line with our long-term strategy. Concretely, this means that you: • Controlling the development team (developers, UX and UI) in terms of content • Create tickets and manage the backlog • Monitor the schedule and communicate clearly • Proactively engage with stakeholders • Prioritizes bugs and urgent issues • Make sure the team can work as efficiently as possible • Participates in the front end (React/Next.js) where necessary (about half the time) So you are not a theoretical PO, but someone with your feet in the clay. What does a working day at ISO2HANDLE look like? You start the day with the stand-up. Short, sharp and focused. Then you'll spar with sales, support and development stakeholders about new ideas, customer questions and improvements. You bring everything together into a coherent and realistic planning. Throughout the day: • Work out your tickets for developers • Answer your questions about features, releases, and issues • Align your priorities in case of bugs or emergencies • Develop yourself in the front end • Monitor and communicate progress towards release You ensure that a release runs smoothly and that customers are well informed. What if something goes live successfully? Then we'll celebrate that together. In short: you are the spider in the web — but one that brings structure. What do we ask of you? We are looking for an experienced, practical Product Owner with overview and execution power. You have: • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role • HBO work and thinking level (preferably business background) • Experience working with Agile/Scrum • Experience with front-end development (React and Next.js) • Knowledge and insight into operational business processes • Excellent communication skills • Strong connecting and relational qualities In addition: • Do you make sure everyone does the right things? • Can you manage realistic plans and expectations • Bring peace and focus to a development team • Do you have an affinity with QHSE/KAM (plus) Character traits • Decisive • Communicative skills • Team player, able to deal with and weigh various interests • Used to working in a dynamic environment where doing it yourself, in addition to managing, is the culture and working with deadlines is a matter of course. Working conditions We offer: • Base salary between €4,000 and €5,500 per month (depending on experience) • Company laptop • Excellent travel allowance scheme • Possibility to develop a budget • Market-based pension scheme • 25 vacation days • Hybrid work (ability to work from home 1 or 2 days per week) You will join a small, energetic team where you really have an impact.
