About the Company For our client WePlan we are looking for a Product
Owner. WePlan is a dynamic start-up company dedicated to developing
and providing tools for strategic and operational workforce planning.
They are constantly growing beyond their established customer base in
the travel, transportation and logistics industry. Join the dynamic
team as a passionate Product Owner. In this role, you will work
closely with the product management and development team and
contribute to various aspects of the work: The ideal candidate will
have experience working with cross-functional teams and have a strong
understanding of user needs and technical capabilities to develop
innovative solutions. Your Tasks Responsibility for the product vision
and the continuous development of the product in close coordination
with management and stakeholders Definition and prioritization of the
product backlog to generate the greatest possible customer value
Developing user stories and acceptance criteria in close collaboration
with UX/UI designers and the development team Ensuring effective and
efficient implementation of development goals through close
collaboration with the development team Testing new features and
releases, as well as describing the newly developed functionality for
our online manual Analyzing market and user information to identify
new product features and improve existing features About You
Experience as a product owner or in a comparable role in product
development, ideally in the software or technology industry Sound
knowledge of agile methods and processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and
experience in applying these in practice Strong analytical skills to
translate complex requirements into simple solutions Excellent
communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with
both technical teams and non-technical people Preferably experience in
workforce planning, training/education scheduling Preferably
experience in the transportation and logistics industry or
rate-regulated, labor-intensive industries with high production
complexity Academic background in computer science, business
informatics, business administration or a related field is an
advantage Fluency in English and German Your Benefits Possibility to
